The Service Station is a globally operating company for the entire range of language versioning: translation, subtitling, dubbing, and revoicing. The Service Station provides its clients with a cost-efficient solution to the overall ever-increasing demand for language versions.

The Service Station serves as a language portal for media companies operating in or expanding to international markets and other language areas. It offers an infrastructure built around an Intranet, making use of broadband technology for the on-line transfer of programs and files. The Intranet provides the necessary (hyper-)links to translators, editors, experts, databases and research departments, all working on-line to ensure a flexible and cost-efficient infrastructure. Clients will also have access to the language portal, which will enable them to digitally transfer their programs to The Service Station.

Peter Spoor, CEO, has a long track record in the language versioning field. He was cofounder, co-owner and Managing Director of Dutch market leader SIN Subtitling International (Netherlands) B.V. from 1985 to 2000. He has worked for clients such as RTL, SBS, National Geographic Channels, MultiThématiques, BetaFilm, Bavaria Media, Granada TV.
